CURSE NOT

Everything man sows, he shall reap. Our words are like seeds. The Kingdom of God is like…Jesus used parables so that the carnal mind could start understanding the Kingdom. But when we are born again, God takes us to a whole other dimension of not only understanding them but of living the reality of the parables that He was speaking of. Because we were born in the kingdom of darkness, but now, we are translated to the kingdom of light. But we try to balance both kingdoms.

The Word of God is totally inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is never supposed to mix our feelings with the Truth. But people come and try to take the cross out of the Gospel and out of our lives. The Truth is the Truth - it does not matter how we feel. People start filtering the Word of God by the way they see or feel, but the Word of God discerns the thoughts and the intentions of the hearts of men (Hebrews 4:2).

For God to have your mouth, He must have your heart first. We don’t understand how our words bring fruits into our lives. Just like we sow seeds in the kingdom, and we expect a harvest in our lives. In the same way, our words will bring harvest in our lives. And there are so many words spoken against each other. The enemy’s plot is to get brother against brother. Let’s read 2 Corinthians 2:9-11. Many fight the Word of God and resist the Truth just like Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses (2 Timothy 3:8-17). I call it friendly fire.

Friendly fire happens when we are in the army, and we start to shoot our fellow brother/soldier. It can be accidentally and unintentionally, you really don’t want to do it, but you start shooting your brother from the back through gossip, backbiting, and fights. We are supposed to cover our brothers, but we start uncovering them because of our hearts and words. The devices of satan cause us to turn around and start shooting one another: offenses, divisions, and idle words. God protects us from the attacks that come from without, but when it comes from within, because of the authority we have been given, the devil can be empowered by the same authority because now we are handing it to him!

From the same vessel come curses and blessings. We are supposed to sow the Word of God if we are in the Kingdom of God. We are not under the curse anymore. What do curses produce? Death, destruction…How can we be changed? By the Word of God! The Word of God is used by the Spirit to change us. Grace is not a license to do what we want or plant what we want. Let’s read Luke 6:43-45. We are supposed to be an oak tree of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3) with strong roots; they can stand any type of soil and storm. This oak uses the earthly substance, but we, being that oak, use heavenly substance: rooted and grounded in love and in His Spirit. This is who we shall be on Earth now! Every tree is known by its fruit (verse 44). There is no one good; you are not good before Christ, and you are not good even after Christ. There is only one that is good, which is the Father of Light. An evil man, out of the evil of his heart, brings forth evil. Evil can be anything that comes against the Word of life, contrary to the vision of God in you, so it is the curse. A curse is a word that comes against the word of God in your life, personally or corporately. If someone comes against the heavenly vision, that is a curse out of his heart.

Only when something is rooted out of the source of life does that thing die. Satan tries to uproot things in us by planting seeds, even in our thoughts. We must cast them down. “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5). Sometimes, we water them by thinking about them. This is dangerous meditation.

Fight your thoughts! Casting down every wrong thought! Every high thing! The problem is whatever gets in your heart comes out of your mouth. Then you become a double agent. The importance of casting them down immediately is because those evil things will start disconnecting us from life (from the Body, from God, and from the Spirit). The fig tree had to obey and die (Matthew 21:19) because Jesus was the Word. Jesus had to say to Peter, “Get behind me, satan” (Matthew 16:23), when Peter was trying to stop Jesus from dying on the cross. Jesus did not entertain that seed coming from Peter (satan) of saving his life, not even for a second!

Out of the abundance of the hearts, the mouth speaks (verse 45). If you want to listen to the heart of man, listen to their words. If under their breath or with a negative agreement, eventually, the well of the heart will begin to flow. The world will say, “Let me just share my heart.” If that person is poisoned, you may not even want to hear their heart because it is full of bitterness, witchcraft, and rebellion. You need to protect your own heart. You may think that is not love, but you cannot give place to the devil, meaning, you cannot give place for him to plant those seeds in your heart. These seeds come from unfriendly friends. These seeds come from jealousy, insecurity, and offended hearts.

“For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body” (James 3, verses 1-2). Do you want to be perfect? Let the Holy Spirit take over your heart, and then He will have your mouth. People worship God, but their hearts are far from Him. Not only what you do is fruit but also things that you say are fruits. You can even be using the Word of God and still be bringing people into bondage if it is not being used by the Spirit of God.

James carries on and tries to explain what he said about the tongue through parables (verse 4). Your mouth can burn your relationships, burn bridges, and destroy the vision of God in your life. We must say to these people, “Get behind me.” We must get out of this false-love mindset. Sometimes, these people need to be rebuked because they are going in the wrong direction. “Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth.”

Look, here is your field. All you need is a little fire to burn it all.

The fire of God burns all the words of the curse in your lives, but the tongue of a poisoned heart is: “And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell” (verse 6). Even we can start defiling the Body. If your hand offends you, cut it off. If a person is bringing offense, cut them off. They can even text you with nice words, but their heart is full of poison, and they will bring you to their pit. They want you to get your shovel and start digging with them. These people defile the whole Church, the whole Body, according to the Word of God. The hardest thing for us is when satan gets someone we love and call “a good friend.” But there is nothing we can do but pray.

People think they can control the tongue (verse 8). The only way is by filtering our tongue through the Word of God through being under the Spirit of Truth. The Bible says it is unruly. No man can tame it, so only submission to the Holy Spirit can. With our tongue, we can bless God but also curse men (verse 10). But we have an iron dome! Nothing can touch us! Because that iron dome will protect us (and also, we have the full armor of God). We must be careful with friendly fire coming from unfriendly friends! But we need to follow Jesus’s steps by blessing those who curse us. “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you” (Matthew 5:44). But that is a hard thing to do, that is submission, and that is real love. It is only easy if we do it His way. We must stop battling these two kingdoms – light and darkness! Double-minded people cannot receive mercy or grace; according to the Word of God, they can’t receive anything from above. It is written in the book of James 1:8.

James called our bellies fountains (verse 11). We know when the bitter fountain is coming forth. It is the little comments. Little defenses. Little jokes. The fountains will spring forth what is inside of people’s hearts. “But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth” (verse 14). Don’t speak out of your emotions. Run from someone who wants to share their heart with you when you know their heart is rebellious against God. It does not matter if it is your brother, sister, mother, or father. The Bible says, know no man after the flesh (2 Corinthians 5:16), meaning don’t look at the man only through your natural eyes. We deal with spirits behind the man. Run away from them. And they will say, “They don’t love me.” No. We are just trying to protect our hearts. They will say, “I feel I am being avoided and left out, a cast off, and lonely.” Because they have become one with lies, and it's true, but it is hiding in their fig leaves, it's them! You will say, “Where are you? Where did you go? Who told you that lie? Who told you that “you were naked”? It is what the devil does? Separates us from God, then that includes His body.

God showed me my heart through a dream. I have the Ace of Hearts. This was the best card. But in the dream, God was showing me I need to protect my heart and not give it away to anybody. Only to those that have the same heart. Don’t give your heart to people with a corrupt heart, with competition. Sometimes it seems rude, it seems you don’t love, but you must guard it. You can’t give your heart to those who have evil hearts and rebellion working in them. Pull back and hold and wait for God to do what He wants to do. That was how God spoke to me. Sometimes you have the best heart, the best card to play, but you may just have to throw off another card because you need to protect it. Jesus was a lamb led to the slaughter: false accusation, the spirit of the curse was trying to touch Him, but He said nothing. He kept silent. He held his precious heart.

When God has your heart, He will have your words. But you keep giving your heart over to offenses, defenses, selfish pride! People who are trying to poison you with their poison start getting very mad at you because you are under that iron dome of protection from God and His angels. Stephen saw the heavens open and Jesus standing at the right hand of the Father when he was stoned (Acts 7:56). This was when he was not trying to defend himself. After he confronted them, verse 54 says, “When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.” Then he saw the Lord….

That is faith! The truth causes rebellious people to gnash their teeth; they start biting and devouring one another as it says in Galatians 5:15-16: “But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” We start to agree with the stones, and those stones are words. And the words are strong!

But the Word promises us that the pure in heart shall see God. Stephen was being stoned for Christ, and all he said was: “And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep” (verse 60). Wow!

Where there is jealousy, there is always insecurity! When you know you are right with God, that is the most secure place you can be. “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.” James 3:16-17

So, don’t tell me Christians can’t curse Christians! Who is this epistle written to? Friendly fire comes from unfriendly friends. When jealousy and insecurity are at work, so is the devil… The only sin that makes us insecure comes from pride. Righteousness makes us secure in Christ! We are not insecure in God’s love, and we cannot be insecure in the Body! The way of Cain was not pleasing unto God (Genesis 4) That curse brought death! People say they “fear the Lord,” but with their words and actions, they prove they do not… “Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more” (2 Corinthians 5:16).  We can become witches even if we are dressing in our best clothes when we come to church. Oh, He is a preacher…Oh, He is a brother…

Know no man by the flesh! When you get used by the enemy, you can be a witch when a familiar spirit becomes your friend, and you begin to say what you feel and see when it may be a lie and not according to truth. This can bring witchcraft through your words and all kinds of evil things.

When we repent, again and again, we apply the seeds of the Word of God. When we remind one another, we are watering the good seeds. That means we are coming with a weed killer!  So also, it is an unclean spirit leading the person. Gossip is a curse we put on one another. People say, “Brother, feel my pain.” It's so tricky. Probably, that brother is suffering because of their own unrighteous way.

No, you don’t want to hear it. The spirit of rebellion is an enemy of God. When the devil gets your tongue, he gets you to fall into the pit, and you want to bring somebody with you to it when you start poisoning somebody else’s heart. “They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah” (Psalm 57:6). We know it and call it a “pity party.” Even the world knows about it. These are unrighteous, false love communion sessions!

Be careful in the Body of Christ. We have grace but we cannot curse one another. Even if you are under this iron dome, and that could be the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), you can start thinking about it and speaking out of the abundance of your corrupted heart! So many people think they are so righteous; they defend themselves all the time. But let God fight for you! Don’t throw your ACE of Hearts card! Hold your tongue, hold your heart, hold your peace. God of all salvation will deal with your enemies.

Judas, with a kiss, betrayed his friend. He was supposed to be a friend of Jesus. That negative agreement destroyed him. He hung himself - if that’s not digging your own pit! The pit he dug for Jesus; he ended up in it himself. That goes with scripture! Nobody had to kill Judas. Judas killed his own self (Matthew 27:3-10). Nobody needs to touch a Judas; Judas will always end up killing himself! Judas will start killing godly friendship. Don’t be ignorant of the devil’s devices. You may have a lot of grace in your workplace, but don’t bring that to the Body! When the devil gets your heart, he gets your tongues, and he gets your authority given by God!

Did you know that prophets and apostles (anyone really if born of the Spirit) can hear conversations in private if the Lord wills… There are people in this house that God will show me in my sleep and bring me to their dining room table, to their bedroom, to hear their conversation. There are things God shows us for our own protection. This is the gift of God for protection. Jesus knew the thoughts of Judas, all that was spoken in darkness, so Jesus could protect His heart. “Go, do what you have already planned to do.” Jesus already knew his heart. Just like when somebody can kiss you, but you know they are your own enemy. It was all written. Yes, but Jesus had to know who the leak was. He had to know who was making a covenant with the enemy’s camp, with religion and swamp children.

Who are we now? Kings in the kingdom.

And the Word tells us not to curse each other, because if we do that to the least of these, we are doing it to one another because he has made us kings and priests (Revelation 1:6), and now with this understanding, look at what the Word says in Ecclesiastes 10:20: “Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.” Some people hide themselves when the Word is being spoken. All fig leaves! Curse not! Not even in thought.

Even when you think wrong, you are entering into an agreement with satan! Where are your bedchambers? Your bedroom, in your private place, a place between you and your spouse. You better rebuke your spouse if your spouse is starting to curse someone. I have seen over and over Leviathan coming in because of a lack of rebuke between spouses! A bird of the air shall carry your voice! We must be careful! God Himself will never show you something if that is for you to hurt people. No. When He shows us, it is to fight in the Spirit, to know it, to protect our hearts, and to test our love for Him!

“Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:18-20

Negative agreement, remember, if we agree with any evil thought, that will be bound on Earth and Heaven! What happens when two or three gather in a curse? Sometimes, we feel when someone in the Body of Christ is in a bad place. Because they are in agreement with the devil. Jesus is everywhere. We don’t have to be in a place to be under the presence of God. When two or three gather with the devil, the devil is there as well. In the same way, two or three are gathering in His name (Matthew 18:20); He is there, in their midst! Jesus even said when two or three gather in His name, so of course, that’s the power of agreement. Let’s look at the Tower Babel! But people can be gathered in the devil’s name or for the purpose of lies. Who will be in your presence, in your midst? The devil! How much more this word will do when you start speaking out of the abundance of your heart? Instead of speaking out of the purity of your own heart. Look at what the word says, “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment” (Matthew 12:36).

When do we begin to gather in the name of the devil?… How can that happen? When you are lying, when you are gossiping, and when you are getting offended…the devil is present.

When you are gathering in the name of the devil, usually you will try to bring somebody with you to your congregation! Suddenly, you don’t even have to hide yourself. Naturally, you will start isolating your own self. The Body is here, and you are over there. But the moment you repent, you are right back connected to the Body. We are not called to open pits. We are called to walk in the light, to be a blessing, to speak life to one another, and to heal one another. If the enemy gets a hold of you, there is nobody to blame but your own self. These people will fall headfirst, and they are still thinking God will consider their own feelings that come from a corrupted heart! We are to say, “Dry bones, come alive!” We are not supposed to fall into the valley with them and become a skeleton!

Pride says, “Stop the work; talk to me.” … “Stop the work; feel my pain.” … “Stop the work and come and deal with me.” … all these words come from a heart like Sanballat and Tobiah (Nehemiah 4). These people are trying to get you busy with their own poisoned hearts instead of repenting and getting right with God. They are always trying to distract you and stop you from building God’s kingdom. You can feel their hearts even through text. We know people that don’t even express themselves. Ghost in the post.

People don’t interact when their hearts are poisoned. Even joking can manifest a corrupt heart. Silence can manifest a corrupt heart. Many words can manifest a corrupted heart.  “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Proverbs 18:21). In the Kingdom, life and death are in the power of your thought! If you don’t get hold of your thoughts and heart, you will start getting that shovel and start digging your own pit.

Who cares if they say, “I am just joking?” Out of the abundance of the heart, leviathan finds a place. It is a death roll. Usually, because of an unclean heart, an unclean spirit will be leading that person. Your heart will be manifested by the words you speak. The Spirit always manifests our hearts because the Word of God is a discerner of the heart of that person. He is our iron dome. And He knows we will still love, we will still bless, and we will not fight against flesh and blood, brother and sister, but principalities and powers. How? Casting down evil thoughts against our brothers. Purifying our hearts.

“Father, you are my iron dome. If my heart is pure, I don’t care what people think about me. Father, I break every word that the devil causes me to speak because of misunderstanding, because of leviathan. I take all authority, all power, all the swords I gave to the devil, I take it back, and I bind and disannul and destroy every word spoken in thought or through sound. I repent from my own words, for the words and thoughts I did, I break them in Jesus’ name. Right now, in this word, or however it will be reaching people, let us all repent. I loose the kingdom of God in my life in Jesus’ name. Breaking the plans of the enemy in my life! Spirit of Truth, Spirit of Wisdom, Spirit of Understanding, there is nothing that the Spirit of God cannot see and know. Father, we want to be clean in our hearts. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

Only Truth has a place where the Spirit of the Lord is. Only Truth shall guide us. Father, search me, O God, and see if there is any evil way, any hindrance, or any bitterness, and clean me. Only you can do it, Holy Spirit; only you can make me the vessel of living pure water, a fountain of clean waters springing forth!”

Amen!
